Membership and Event RegistrationWhen you become a Club Eden member, register for an event/class or make a purchase, you may need to provide us with contact and payment information (such as credit card information) so that we can process your request. In addition, all attendees are required to complete a legally binding privacy agreement and membership agreement that binds all members to the same rules of confidentiality and discretion. Members are NOT permitted to talk about other members in a non-anonymous fashion. We also validate your personal information against government ID to ensure all members are of the age of majority.
Providing you with updatesClub Eden provides ongoing updates about industry topics, upcoming events, exclusive member benefits, surveys and other relevant announcements via email. You can receive updates by joining Club Eden, or visiting our website at www.clubeden.ca. To enroll, we will collect your contact information (such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address). This information will only be used to contact you about Club Eden or our affiliates. You can unsubscribe or change your contact preferences at any time by emailing us at [email protected].
Participation in a Contest, Promotion, or SurveyFrom time to time, we run contests, promotions, and surveys. If you choose to participate, you may be asked for contact information as well as additional optional survey information. Information from contest entries will be used to contact you if you win and to verify that entrant is of the age of majority. All contests are subject to rules specific to that particular contest. We may also summarize and analyze survey information in a way that no longer identifies the respondents.

Other Information we CollectWe may use non-personal information to compile tracking reports regarding Web Site user demographics, Web Site traffic patterns, and Web Site purchases, and then provide those reports to advertisers and others. These third parties will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement that binds them to keep all member/customer information confidential .
